We're very pleased with the work Barbryn has done on our website and the response has been excellent. We're particularly impressed with the case studies. We couldn't believe how perfect they were as soon as they were written - we didn't want to change anything!

: background
T & T Training is a specialist customer service training consultancy which offers flexible, bespoke customer service training for companies of all sizes UK-wide. It originally provided telephone and technology training for call centres, before developing into a consultancy dedicated to providing customer focused training. As such, its website had become outdated and no longer reflected the true business of T & T Training. This meant that potential new business opportunities were being missed.

T & T Training Website

Having discussed T & T Training’s aims and objectives and looked through the current site in some detail with the consultancy, Barbryn planned a new website. The team drafted a whole new site which positioned T & T Training as a leading customer service training consultancy.

Barbryn recommended that client endorsements would give credibility to the consultancy, as well as clearly illustrating the broad range of tailor-made training projects which it can undertake.  Barbryn interviewed several of T & T Training’s clients and compiled quotes and case studies to be used on the new website. These were also turned into more detailed case studies which the consultancy can send out to enquirers.

:achievements
The new website has recently gone live and is ensuring that T & T Training appears on the tender list for companies across the UK who require customer service training. It's already had a very high response rate with the first quality enquiry being received after just one day. Many companies have requested more information about the training available and research is showing that browsers are visiting the whole site, not just the home page.
