: background
Greets Green Partnership is delivering a £56 million, 10 year regeneration programme under the Government’s New Deal for Communities (NDC) initiative. One of its six theme areas is Jobs & Enterprise which supports local traders and businesses and encourages investment in the area, which has a B70 postcode, hence the title of the book which Barbryn was asked to produce to enable local business to business marketing and create a valuable reference tool.

Full Size Be70 Page SpreadBarbryn used the Be70 Business Book to share the results of the Partnership’s recent Business Survey, aimed at creating a snapshot of business in the area. All those who took part in the survey were included in a free listings section. Barbryn packed the Book with useful information such as profiles of local organisations who offer business support, case studies on people who’ve developed their businesses and details of how the Partnership can offer help and support. It also included a useful diary.

Having researched and drafted all the information, Barbryn developed a contemporary spiral bound design to encourage business people to carry the Book with them and use it throughout the year.

:achievements
The Business Book was well received by more than 500 local businesses in Greets Green, many of whom commented on how useful it was in pulling a vast amount of information together in one easy-to-view Book. Plans are now underway to make it an annual Book.
